Dr.Bertrand Tatsinkou Fossi
Biography
Dr Bertrand Tatsinkou Fossi has completed his Ph.D in November at the age of 38 years from the University of Ngaoundere in November 2007. He was promoted to rank of Senior lecturer since three years at the University of Buea where he actually works as teacher and researcher. He is also a member of the Biotechnology unit of the same university and Chief of Microbiology Unit at the Research Foundation for Tropical Diseases and Environment (REFOTDE). He worked on microbial enzymes and their potential applications and microbial interactions. His current research Topic is focuses on probiotic bacteria against food borne pathogens He has published several papers in international journals and is actually preparing manuscripts on probiotic bacteria and food borne pathogens
